Shipping policy
- Shipping is within Australia only.
- Standard shipping cost starts from $9.95 & shipping charges will be calculated & displayed at the checkout. We have shipping rates ranging from of $9.95, $14.95, 19.85 & $24.95.
- In store pickup is also available.
- Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping, we make every effort to process & ship items as quickly as possible.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends.
- Orders cannot be delivered to P.O box
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Shipping charges will be calculated & displayed at the checkout.
- Successfully placed orders with receive email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam filter or contact us directly.
- If you need assistance with your order, please contact us immediatly at magickal.imports@gmail.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.
- Please review & ensure you have entered the correct address. We are not resposible for non-delivery due to errors in the address you provide.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The Magickal Crystal Forest is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Damages
The Magickal Crystal Forest is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
